The Tuscan club is renowned for producing talented young players who end up playing for bigger Serie A clubs, the likes of Tommaso Baldanzi, Samuele Ricci and Kristjan Asllani.

Although the 21-year-old’s campaign has been hampered by injuries, he remains one of the most promising young central midfielders in Serie A. The Massa native has been developing his game with the Azzurri since making the move from his original club, Capezzano, in 2017. His contract with Empoli runs until June 2027.
