Taty Castellanos Earns MOTM
The majority of the Italian newspapers gave the Argentine striker a grade of 8/10 following an outstanding display on Sunday. The 26-year-old provided the assists for the first two goals (including an outrageous through ball for the second), before showing his clinical touch by netting the third himself.
Superb Pedro Scores Brace
Pedro wasn’t too far behind, as he bagged a brace off the bench after replacing the injured Boulaye Dia late in the first half. The 38-year-old continues to define age with his influential and energetic displays while interpreting various roles. His ratings were between 7.5 and 8/10.
The Rest of the Field
Moreover, a host of players received impressive grades (between 7 and 7.5), including Nicolo Rovella who put on another midfield clinic alongside Matteo Guendouzi. The same goes for Gustav Isaksen and Mattia Zaccagni who were electric on the wings, and Adam Marusic who broke the deadlock by nodding the ball home from close range with a timely run to the box.
