Lazio Lose Arijon Ibrahimovic to Injury

While 11 Biancocelesti players were called up for international duty, the young German remained at Marco Baroni’s disposal during the international break. The attacking midfielder was perhaps hoping to seize the opportunity and make himself noticed, Il Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) reveals he picked up a first-degree muscle strain.

When Will the Youngster Return?

According to the Roman newspaper, this issue will only rule the 19-year-old out of action for ten days, so he could return to action shortly after the international break. Ibrahimovic thus appears set to miss the upcoming clash against Torino on March 31st but will be pushing to make himself available for the following showdown against Atalanta on April 6th.
