Lazio are willing to part ways with Taty Castellanos whom they no longer consider an ‘untouchable’ player.
Maurizio Sarri made his return to Formello on Thursday, kickstarting the club’s summer transfer market plans. While the returning manager would like to keep the majority of the current squad, Castellanos’ name emerged as one of the few ‘big’ players that the club would be willing to sell in the coming months.
Lazio Willing to Sell Taty Castellanos
Lazio and Sarri have seemingly agreed that the squad requires a centre-forward with different characteristics. It should be noted that Castellanos only became a regular starter when the 66-year-old resigned from his post in March 2024, with Igor Tudor taking the reins.

Therefore, the former Girona star is also considering a departure, as it might be the wisest move for his career given the current circumstances.
Castellanos Has Admirers in the Premier League
This doesn’t necessarily mean that the Argentinian striker is on the transfer list, but instead suggests that he’s available for the right price. The Biancocelesti would be open to selling the 26-year-old for a minimum price of €30 million. The player has suitors in the Premier League and the Saudi Pro League, so it remains to be seen if one of them will try to seize the opportunity.
Sell Taty for M30-35€ and buy Fótis Ioannídis for M15-20€ to replace him. Thats good business.
Forget about the Greek..sell taty and get a real striker. Then someone who can back him up. Enough of this Mary go round
I hope EPL teams buy him. He is mediocre .
