I would get rid of Basic, Fares en Kamenovic. Those guys have proven to be dead wood. I would keep Cancellieri and definitely give Sana Fernandes a chance upfront. My team would be:
Provedel, Mandas, Furlanetto, Gila, Romagnoli, Provstgaard, Gigot, Patric, Ruggeri, Tavares, Pellegrini, Marusic, Hysaj, Rovella, Belahyane, Cataldi, Guendouzi, Vecino, Lazzari, Bashiru, Zaccagni, Fernandes, Isaksen, Noslin, Pedro, Castellanos and Dia. Maybe consider bringing in Munoz from the Primavera.
I would get rid of Lazzari too. He has never suited Sarri’s style of play.
In this case you have 8 homegrown players and Furlanetto, Ruggeri, Cataldi and Fernandes that are grown by the club.

Mind you we might get Insigne in January so that’s another winger, which is surprising by what I’m about to recommend and that is Keita Baldes brother, I think he should get a shot along Sana Fernández to try convince Sarri he has got what it takes.

Yeah those deadwood guys we really need to get rid of! For me, I would rather have Balde than Insigne because of his age. But hey, lets get out of this mess first before talking about potential targets 😅.
