Absolutely correct. Lotito is toxic to the future of Lazio, he is not the one willing to spend nor developing the youth academy, how can Lazio survive the strict competition with other EU clubs? How brilliant Lazio was in 90s and 2000. Lotito instead keeps celebrating he has won a lot Coppa Italia, how ambitious he is.
