Tijjani Noslin has attracted the interest of three clubs, including Monaco, who are already making some progress in the negotiations with Lazio.
The Background
The Dutchman has been playing his football in the capital since following Marco Baroni from Hellas Verona in the summer of 2024. The 26-year-old had his flashes of brilliance, including a Coppa Italia hat-trick against Napoli and a surreal winner in Parma this term. Still, he’s been a benchwarmer for the most part, with Maurizio Sarri admitting he doesn’t know what his best position is.
Monaco Start Negotiations with Lazio for Tijjani Noslin
With Daniel Maldini arriving in Rome to complete his transfer from Atalanta to Lazio, Noslin is expected to make way. According to Sky Sport Italia journalists Manuele Biaocchini and Gianluca Di Marzio, Monaco have opened talks with Lazio for the former Verona striker. The two clubs are trying to find the right formula, which will most likely be a loan with an option or an obligation to buy.
Lazio Turn Down Noslin-Zapata Swap Deal
In addition to the French principality side, Noslin has two other suitors, as revealed by Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà. Torino are trying to reunite the attacker with Baroni once more. There have been talks of a potential swap with Cyril Ngonge, who was on Lazio’s shortlist, but the capital side no longer needs a new winger, having recruited Maldini.

Moreover, the Granata offered the services of experienced Colombian centre-forward Duvan Zapata, in exchange for Noslin, but the Biancocelesti aren’t interested in the 34-year-old.
Villarreal Also in the Fray for Noslin
Pedullà also mentions surveys from Villarreal, who enquired about Noslin’s services on Monday evening, while other suitors could enter the fray in the final week of the January transfer session. The Mercato expert insists that finding the right formula would be the key to unlocking the Dutch player’s departure.
