With the defender’s contract expiring next year, the Aquile might be forced to reduce their asking price. Moreover, Real Madrid are entitled to receive 50% of the transfer fee after negotiating a sizable sell-on fee when they sold the player to Lazio in 2022.

Unless Lotito is gone, Lazio will never have the real chance to restore the previous glory. He hurts our valuable players and the fans.
The reality is Lottito is a business first and foremost. He is not interested in rekindling former glory, if Lazio win a trophy or two along the way then he is happy with that, like with the Inzaghi/Tare era which they really punched well above their weight with the players they were able to get.
