I don’t think this would cause much uproar. I like Zaccagni, but he’ll be 32 years old next season, and Lazio’s training staff can’t maintain his fitness.
He’s an explosive player who battled constant injuries as his body can’t maintain that explosiveness. I think his best years are behind him…
Maybe Marseille’s medical staff is better and can manage him better, but in the meantime, it’s not a bad idea to clear your highest salary and cash in while you can.
I don’t have high hopes that Lotito will replace him with someone of quality and my hopes are even lower that Lotito will find an Italian to replace him with.
