Lazio have loaned 20-year-old Albanian central defender Sergio Kalaj to Serie C side U.S. Grosseto 1912 for the 2020/21 season.
Kalaj joined the Biancocelesti in 2017 from Savio Calcio. Since then, he has made 53 appearances for the Primavera/U19 side.
