S.S. Lazio have officially announced that Acqua Filette will be the main sponsor of Lazio Women. A two-year deal (until 2022) has been agreed upon between the club and the company; both their logo and name will appear on the front of the Biancocelesti’s kits.
This partnership builds upon the previous collaboration between Lazio and Filette. The Italian club officially joined the ‘Filette Prime Water’ project in 2019; they were the first football team in the country to commit to the company’s initiative of eliminating single-use plastics. As a result, Filette became their official water provider, supplying mineral water in bottles made entirely of aluminum in an attempt to protect the health of individuals and take a stand in combatting pollution.
