The FIGC will make their decision regarding the future of newly-promoted side Salernitana.
As reported by Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today, the Italian football federation have scheduled a council meeting for this afternoon, where the main topic will be the situation involving Salernitana. A final decision is likely to be made in this meeting.

Lazio president Claudio Lotito has submitted his proposal of a blind trust which will have no relations with him nor his brother-in-law Marco Mezzaroma.
The plan has established a budget with a guarantee of €20 million, split between the league, TV rights and outgoing market. If it’s verified that the club has enough money, then there should be no issue regarding their registration to Serie A.

The role of Guardia di Finanza general Ugo Marchetti, who was appointed sole director by the old ownership, is being discussed. His role will be limited, with Marchetti signing a declaration of independence from Lotito. The club will be represented in the league by one of the two trustees.
Another key point is that there is a clear deadline of 31st December when the club must be sold or else risk exclusion from Serie A. In addition, all Lazio players who played for Salernitana will return to Rome and cannot play for the Campania-based club next season.
