The 28-year-old spent last season on loan at FC Porto from West Ham United.

However, Anderson doesn’t seem to have a future with the English club, which spent major money to secure the forward.

Nonetheless, it hasn’t worked out, and now it appears Lazio wants to bring the player back.

According to Sky Sport Italy’s Manuele Baiocchini, the Rome-based club has engaged in talks with the Brazil international’s entourage.

The Italian reporter states that new manager Maurizio Sarri does value Anderson, so there could be a role for him in a possible return to Lazio.

As for the cost, Baiocchini adds that it could take just €9 million for West Ham FC to cut their losses with the attacker; despite the interest from Lazio, there are no further details of whether they’ll put in an official offer for their former forward.
